Over the past couple of months, the BigPanda product team has been hard at work enhancing key tools to help you better manage your incidents. Here are a few of the recent updates designed to help you best leverage BigPanda to fit your needs:

Bulk Actions

The new bulk actions feature allows you to quickly manage and take action on a large number of incidents. Designed to help you trim your incident feed and free up time for critical items, the feature allows you to apply one action to multiple incidents with a single click. For example, you can snooze low priority incidents, immediately resolve quick fixes, or share troublesome incidents with your colleagues. Click here to learn more.

View Share Information in Unified Search

Unified Search allows you to create specific queries to hone in on the incidents you want to investigate. Now, for every incident in your search query, you also have the ability to view its related sharing information. You can easily see what information was shared, who shared it, and how it was shared. This allows you to immediately discover which colleagues were notified of particular incident and who is working on it. For more information, click here.

Incident Timeline Details

New updates to the incident timeline allow you to quickly investigate critical alert details when viewing an incident in Unified Search or in the incident feed. Simply click and expand an alert to read its description, review status changes over time, and survey other critical information. Click here for more information.
