BigPanda Hires Former ServiceNow Exec As VP of Product

Veteran Product Chief To Help Drive Leading IT Incident Response Automation Platform.

Mountain View, Calif., May 28, 2015 – BigPanda®, the data science platform for automating IT event correlation and incident response to reduce downtime, announced today that it has hired Dan Turchin as Vice President of Product.

Previously, Turchin was Chief Product Officer at AccelOps where he oversaw product and strategy. Prior to that, he was at ServiceNow as senior director of product strategy. He was co-founder and CEO of Aeroprise (acquired by BMC) and a founding board member at Rhomobile (acquired by Motorola). Additionally, he served in engineering roles at Walt Disney Company, Accenture and Searchbutton.

He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University.
