Lauren leads the Employee Experience programs at BigPanda, ensuring that all our Pandas feel engaged, valued, and connected to our purpose.

Lauren started her journey at BigPanda three years ago on our People team and has done a little bit of everything along the way. She now manages our programs, such as onboarding, employee recognition, and internal communications. Her passion for the employee’s experience ensures that BigPanda is a welcoming and fun place for all Pandas.
