Alec combines a technical and engineering background with a Master's degree in Education to build programs that help customers get the most from products.

He is a technical customer education professional with over 10 years of experience building successful SaaS-based training. After some time in public education, Alec joined Trilogy Education, a start-up later acquired by 2U/EdX. He then joined hypergrowth cybersecurity start-up Lacework, building its first customer education program from the ground up.

Alec holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. Alec enjoys tinkering with smart home hardware and applications, and traveling with his wife, Kelsey and child, Charlie.
