My journey has involved leading pre- and post-sales support and driving initiatives in event-driven IT automation, cognitive automation, and large language models across hybrid architectures.

At BigPanda, I focus on delivering insights through automation and modernizing IT operations by seamlessly integrating with ITSM, CMDB, and event-management systems. I also work closely with Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, and Product teams to shape BigPanda AIOps capabilities and redefine the future of IT operations.
