Annual 360s for all Pandas

In order to ensure that all Pandas receive feedback, each Panda receives a 360 feedback review each year in the quarter of their anniversary. The Playback & Discovery conversation that results from this 360 is intended to set the Panda up for their next year, continuing their growth trajectory.

Dedicated manager training

Strong managers are the key to scaling a successful organization. At BigPanda, we devote a significant amount of resources to manager training, development, coaching and improvement. Good managers help the company, and ensure that all Pandas have a great experience.
